Great news! 

The USDA Rural Housing Program is funded again!  This program allows 100% financing with NO mortgage insurance.  All of Pender and Brunswick are considered rural.  Most of Onslow and some of New Hanover are still rural, also.

No PMI is definitely an exciting buying incentive. How lucky we are considered a rural area and still have such pristine beaches and great schools.

I wanted to give you a link where you can look up the property directly in case you need a quicker answer. Go to:
http://eligibility.sc.egov.usda.gov/eligibility/welcomeAction.do and click on Single Family Housing under PROPERTY ELIGIBILITY.  You can type in the address and it will tell you if it is eligible or not.
